Detailed Inspection
Our staff are trained by Haag certified engineers. Our inspection process includes an in-depth photo reports of any damage to your property and facades. After assessing the perimeter of your home, we then assess your roof & attic space. Detailed photo reports will leave no doubt as to the extent of damages incurred and will ensure all damages to your property are allocated for by your carrier.
Calling the claim
If your rep informs you that the damages he/she have just documented warrant getting your carrier involved, it is the responsibility of the policy holder to call in the claim. When calling in the claim, let your carrier know that your contractor has inspected and documented the damage and that we’d be happy to share that report with them. Please make sure your carrier is aware that you would like your contractor to be present whenever their adjuster comes out to do their assessment. We want to make sure the damages we documented are acknowledged by your carrier.
Meeting the adjuster
The adjuster will call you within 3-5 business days of filling the claim. Please make sure to get his/her name, number, date & time they plan on being out. Do not worry about coordinating with your rep. This phase is the single most important part of the process. We will make changes to our schedule to accommodate theirs. Just get a date & time and your rep will be there. From here, your job will move into the production phase
